Rates & Policies

All prices are for 6 anglers max in your party. We clean and bag your catch when we return to the dock. We supply bait, tackle, ice, rod & reel and crew. A 15% to 20% tip for the mate is customary.

Cruises
$125/hr Times as agreed. 2 Hour minimum, dock to dock.

Arrive at your wedding in style at the Mallard Island Yacht Club on a classic Down East Style vessel. Or take a relaxing boat trip to A/C. Go on a real estate tour to view properties from a different vantage point, or take a cruise with the family and stop for dinner at one of the local dock and dine restaurants.

Burial At Sea

Prices start at $550. We can accommodate up to 6 passengers so you can conduct a small ceremony. If you're unable to attend or have issues with sea sickness the Captain can carry out the wishes of your loved one to be buried at sea. Either way you'll receive a PDF file and a hard copy of a certificate suitable for framing with the exact Latitude and Longitude of the committal service. Call the Captain to discuss your needs and make the necessary arrangements.

 

Booking Information
Things to Remember.
  • A 50% deposit is needed to book all trips in time for the check to clear before the scheduled departure. The remaining balance gets paid in cash prior to departure.
  • If you book a trip at the last minute a credit card is needed to hold the reservation. Cash payment will be made before the boat leaves the dock and your card will not be charged.
  • If you reserve a trip on a credit card and fail to keep the reservation, a $250 service charge will be placed on the card used to reserve the trip to cover expenses.
  • Deposits are non-refundable. If the trip is cancelled (weather related) every effort will be made to reschedule the trip to accommodate the party.
  • Because of Coast Guard regulation, 6 anglers maximum in your party.
  • A 20% tip for the mate is customary. The mate works hard to ensure your enjoyment during the trip, as well as the time needed to get the vessel ready before the trip, and clean up after.
  • All fish caught by the party during the trip belong to the party. We will clean, or fillet and bag your catch.
  • All trophy fish, and all Tuna 73" or bigger belong to the boat.
  • All short or out of season fish get released.
  • If you get sea sick or aren't sure, take dramamine 2 hours before you arrive at the dock, don't drink alcohol the night before and get plenty of rest.
  • There is a microwave on board for over night trips and long offshore runs. A head, and hot and cold running water.
  • Bring drinks, and prepare your meals at home packed in a small cooler. Try to minimize space.
  • One 6-pack of beer per person in cans is OK. 
  • NO hard alcohol.
  • If anyone in your party becomes intoxicated during the trip as determined by the Captain, the trip will be terminated and we'll head for the dock.
  • No fireworks, No firearms. No illegal drugs. The USCG will be notified immediately and the trip will be terminated.
  • Please wear boat shoes or sneakers, no black soled shoes or work boots.
  • Dress appropriately. Bring rain gear if needed, sun screen, sun glasses, a hat, bug spray and a don't forget a camera.
  • We strive to ensure you stay safe and have fun. If there's anything you need while we're out on the water please speak up.

Fuel Surcharge:

  • No fuel surcharge for 2016.
